Our Community Guidelines help keep Nubian Dukes a respectful and safe space for everyone. By using the app, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Zero Tolerance Policies

The following behaviors result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• SEXUAL CONTENT INVOLVING MINORS — Any content, messages, or behavior involving or targeting anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

• THREATS OF VIOLENCE — Any threats to harm, attack, kill, or injure any person will result in immediate termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

• BLACKMAIL OR EXTORTION — Threatening to share private content or information for any purpose.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

• HATE SPEECH — Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any discriminatory language targeting protected groups is not tolerated.

• HARASSMENT OR BULLYING — Repeated unwanted contact, insults, intimidation, or targeted abuse of other users.

• IMPERSONATION — Pretending to be someone else or using stolen photos.

• SPAM AND SCAMS — Bots, phishing, crypto scams, or soliciting money.

• EXPLICIT CONTENT IN PROFILES — Pornographic or sexually explicit profile photos are not allowed.

• COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY — Soliciting services, promoting paid content, or escorting.

• PRIVACY VIOLATIONS — Sharing private information or photos without consent.

How to Report

If you encounter any violation of these guidelines, please report it immediately:

1. Tap the flag icon on any profile, photo, or message

2. Select the category that best describes the issue

3. Add any additional details to help our team

All reports are anonymous. The reported user will not know who filed the report.

How to Block

You can block any user at any time:

• Tap the block icon on their profile

• Blocked users cannot see your profile or message you

• Blocking automatically flags the user for moderation review

Enforcement

We take violations seriously and enforce consequences based on severity:

• Warning — First-time minor violations

• Temporary Suspension — Repeated or moderate violations

• Permanent Ban — Severe violations or repeated offenses

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and actioned within 24 hours. Critical reports involving minors, threats, or violence are escalated for immediate review.
